This muffin has the perfect balance between cinnamon and apple, perfect for Fall!

For about 9 Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour (150 g)
- 2 tsp of baking powder (9 g)
- ½ apple
- 1/2 cup of milk (120 g)
- 3 tbsp of brown sugar (40 g)
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp of butter (40 g)
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 360ºF
- Melt the butter in the microwave.
- In a bowl, pour all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt and mix.
- Pour the wet ingredients: milk, egg and butter. Mix until combined.
- Peel and dice the apple. Add it to the batter and mix.
- Pour the batter into silicon muffin molds.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
