- Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp butter at room temperature (65g)
- 1/3 C sugar (65g)
- 1 C flour (115g)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg yolk
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, with your hands mix together the butter, sugar, flour and salt.
- When you have a crumbled texture, add the yolk and mix until having a ball of dough.
- Between 2 sheets of parchment paper, spread your dough with a rolling pin until having a thin layer of dough. (About 1 inch) Or use your hands to flatten the dough between the sheets of parchment paper.
- Cut your cookies with a cookie cutter and set them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. (You can use a spatula to remove them from the table).
- Bake for about 10 min into the oven (depending on the cookie thickness).
