Milk chocolate ganache

This milk chocolate ganache is great to fill your home made macarons, or for a delicious tart.


Directions for the milk chocolate ganache

  1. In a pan, pour the heavy cream. Take it to boil.
  2. Pour gently on the chocolate. Mix from the center to the outside with a silicone spatula. 
  3. Add the butter and mix gently until butter is melted.
  4. Put in the fridge for at least 40 minutes before using it.
