This milk chocolate ganache is great to fill your home made macarons, or for a delicious tart.
- 110 g of heavy cream
- 170 g of milk chocolate
- 25 g of butter
Directions for the milk chocolate ganache
- In a pan, pour the heavy cream. Take it to boil.
- Pour gently on the chocolate. Mix from the center to the outside with a silicone spatula.
- Add the butter and mix gently until butter is melted.
- Put in the fridge for at least 40 minutes before using it.
