Realizing your homemade bread with seeds is easy and you have almost everything at hand! A bread recipe that will make up your home Sunday brunch!

For 2 loaves

  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 100 g of seed mixtures (flax, sunflower, squash)
  • 30 g walnuts in pieces
  • 30 g coarsely chopped almonds
  • 30 g dried cranberries
  • 2 bags of baking powder
  • 3 natural yogurts without sugar
  • One tablespoon of honey

Preparing your homemade bread

Mix all the dry ingredients:

Flour, yeast, seed mixture and almonds. Add yogurt and honey and mix by hand. Cover with a slightly damp cloth. Let stand for 30 minutes in a warm place. (Near a radiator for example) Separate the dough into 2 balls and flour them.

You can cook them into a ball. In this case, place the dough on flaky cooking lacquer. With a knife, make a cross on the top of the ball before baking. Otherwise you can put the dough into a rectangular floured pan. With a knife, slit the top of the dough.

Bake at 180 ° for 40 minutes. Enjoy homemade bread with cereal still warm, slightly buttered.
