Ingredients for the minty chocolate cake
- 1 baking mix for fondant au chocolat
- 5 mint candy canes + 5 for decoration
- 1 stick of butter
- 3 eggs
Preparation of our minty chocolate cake
In a saucepan, melt the butter until it is liquid. On a low heat, pour the French fondant au chocolat baking mix into the pan and mix until the chocolate is completely melted. Out of the fire, add the eggs. Whisk until you obtained a smooth paste.
Crush 5 candy canes into powder. Add them to the batter.
Pour the batter in muffin molds. Bake at 380°F for 12 min.
When the cakes are cold, put in a candy cane for decoration.
