Pear and raspberry crumble

The crumble is the classic dessert and terribly effective! You can use all the fruits or jams that you have at home, add chocolate or spices. The key to the success of a good crumble is the crumble dough.

Serves 4

Ingredients for the pear and raspberry crumble

  • 2 pears
  • 100g frozen raspberries
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • Coconut powder
  • Cinnamon

Crumble mix

  • 120g salted butter
  • 120g sugar
  • 120g flour

Preheat the oven to 170°C. (350°F)

Peel the two pears and remove the pips. Cut them into small pieces and put them into a cooking dish. Add the raspberries on top (no need to defrost them). Pour in the vanilla sugar, coconut powder and cinnamon.

Mix all the crumble ingredients until you get a thick crumble. Cover the fruit with the crumble mix. Bake for 12 minutes.
